So I have a question for everyone! My dad was telling us that his grandfather used to age his own Italian lunch meats in his garage back in the day when my dad was a kid.
I think that this would be a great hobby for my dad and he'd have a blast doing it. And his birthday is coming up soon!
Does anyone know of any books or starter kits for aging your own meats?? I have no idea where to start!
