When I purchased my resale from TTS - it took close to 3 months - but I was purchasing from a couple declaring bankruptcy in Canada. Which I feel should have been mentioned to me - instead of finding out from reading the closing documents.

But on the bright side - there were 30 more banked points in the contract than was stated in the agreement.
