Thanks, that's what I was thinking
So my niece might be coming and she'll turn three when we are there, therefore she will be free the entire trip..? Even if we use the DDP they won't charge her once she turns three for the remaining days?

Correct on both. Just note though that DDP for "under 3" means that your niece will be eating off of someone else's plate at table and quick service locations unless a separate meal is purchased for her. At a buffet you'll be able to make a plate for her.
