Agent P's World Showcase Adventure in EPCOT

There aren't really "prizes" for finishing - more like some things that you can keep (or not) involved in the missions. In England you receive a golf ball in one of the phones, but then have to insert it into the golf ball cleaner in the sports shop in order to get the next clue. In France as mentioned you do get an Agent P pressed penny. Realize though this isn't always the case - you have to get that specific clue. Basically each country will have around 8 possible clues/activities/stations and each mission will only include 5 of them. So you may not always get the one that involves the free item. In England I know we've gotten a tea bag. In China a fortune cookie (that you had to break open to get a code). That's all I can think of.
uh oh. my DD9 isn't going to want to insert the golf ball into anything. She'll want to keep it! :)

This is exactly the kind of information I was looking for. Thank you everyone! Totally going to do it in August and have some wine/beer while the kids do it :) Was looking for something for them to do instead of just walking around the World.

Can both my children do their own, or is it better to do it jointly? My son has his own phone, so they could do it on that. If each country limits the number of missions, then it would make more sense in my opinion, to have them do it jointly? Just trade holding the phone off and on for each clue?

Since your kids are over 7 they can do their own missions. However each country has 2-4 unique missions so if they do separate missions make sure you pick a meeting location. Yes countries have a set number of missions that can be running at the same time but don't let that stop you from letting them play on their own. I would let DS use his phone for a mission and then get DD one of the Disney phones. Make sure you are very clear that nobody is to chose another mission until they have met back up with everyone. Pick a place in each country that will be easy for the kids to remember.

If you don't want your kids to split up then the device is set up for multiple players. When ever you hear Perry's theme song (dubie dubie du wah) the next player gets the phone. When it goes off again it goes to the 1st player and then back and forth for until the mission is complete.

This is always on my list, but we haven't done it because I can never find a "start"! I guess you can start anywhere! I think it looks fun, I am sure my kids would love it...

You could always quit the mission and keep the golf ball. It's just a cheap plastic "whiffle" type one, not a real one though if that makes a difference. We had a lot of trouble with this one. Went to the phone and while it said a golf ball would drop into the slot, one didn't. We went to the next step and tried to continue but it wouldn't without the golf ball. Went back to the station near IG and they gave us a golf ball. But when we went back, the "cleaner" would no longer open since it showed it already had for us. So we still couldn't continue. We just went back to the station again and gave them both the phone and golf ball. It has worked for us on another occasion but if you really want the golf ball, you'd just need to stop and get a new F.O.N.E.

As far as splitting - I know with us they've always kind of pushed us to do it together, even with 4 people. I think they only have a limited number of the devices that stay charged and work at any location (and a couple times they've died on us before we finished a mission). If your kids are older, you could easily just sign up separately (pretending they weren't together). But I think it would be more fun for them to do it together and just take turns and certainly easier to keep an eye on the younger kids. Most of the things that happen have an "I missed it; show it again" button so if something cool happened (we love the Japan one where Perry zips out on a motorboat), both of them could click it once and see it happen.

One recent change (in the last few months) is that you no longer have to listen to all of the story line if you're mostly interested in just seeing the cool things happen around the country you're in. If you're a P&F fan, it's definitely worth doing the stories but if your kids are too young to know them or as an adult you're not familiar with them, you can just hit "skip" every time it comes up and then the whole mission would take about 10 minutes. I will say though that playing Agent P is what got me (as a 50ish adult) to watch all the P&F episodes! My running playlist these days is almost exclusively made up of their songs (and my kids are all in their 20's). :o

Just one more note - the Mexico mission is completely indoors inside the pyramid so makes a great one to do either during a thunderstorm or when it's crazily hot in the afternoon (while parents hit La Cava!). As a whole, these missions are much more fun to do in January than July. We did France this past Saturday around 1pm and it was just miserable. (We did get a pressed penny though).

There are three locations to sign up, then you choose the country. The main one is after the fountains as you head from Future World to World Showcase. There's also one right by the International Gateway inside the park. The third, near Italy, has been closed as often as open in my past experience but may be open more now that we're in summer. Remember that Agent P missions though are only open 11-6 so you'd need to wait until then to get your F.O.N.E. (I haven't done it on my own phone due to battery life concerns so I'm not sure how that works).

Thank you so much!

My son is a huge Phineas and Ferb fan, and I can certainly appreciate the show, so we do this every year. Much more fun as Perry's World Showcase Adventure than when it was Kim Possible.

What we always find amusing are the masses of people who don't notice the things going on around them. Disney inserted many "things" into the various countries to support the adventure. For example, and not to give too much away, at one point in Mexico, an animatronic Doofenschmirtz firing one of his "inators" will raise up over the "roofline" inside of the Mexico Pavilion. Tons of people pass by and never even notice what is going on. There are many, many other things like that that occur. We get a laugh every time we see people oblivious to their greater surroundings.

Someone mentioned a fortune cookie at China--in all the times we've done this, we've never received the mission where you get a fortune cookie :(

Skip has been around for awhile. I worked there from 2012-2014 and always told people how to skip through. May not have been clear on the older devices though.

That does help. She is a golfer so this would mean nothing to her unless it's Disney branded. LOL

And, huge P&F fans here. :) The whole family.

agreed. Kim Possible was before my kids' days. And I agree about oblivion. I will admit I'm one of them because I didn't know Kim Possible was around until after going twice. LOL

We have done it every trip since it came out as Kim Possible. WE have never got any prizes. Maybe it goes with the case you are solving. Trust me I think we have done them all. I am sure we will do again in Aug. DD 16 enjoys playing. DS not so much but when they both were young they enjoyed it.

So glad you mentioned the hours! Touring plans has it going until 8, so I had it planned for later in the evening. That would have been a letdown. Thanks!
