Agent P -- which country to choose?

Mexico is good, because you can have a tasty margarita while doing the mission. Japan you can get a sake from the bar in the back of the department store. I want that penny! DS and I collect pressed pennies and haven't gotten that mission yet. We might have to both try France, especially since I haven't had the Grey Goose slush yet. I know we haven't done Norway, and I don't think we did China, but maybe we did. Germany is really cute, and there are good snacks and adult beverages nearby. As you can tell, Epcot for me is about drinking and eating. Agent P is a fun way to spend that time, especially with your children, who may not enjoy the drinking part as much:)

If you let it site idle too long, like maybe during a meal, it can go to sleep or drain the battery. We had to get a new one. Plus, it closes before the park and won't let you do another mission after a certain time, so be mindful of the time.

EDIT: Last trip, I was waiting in line to get our phone at UK, when a family that only spoke Spanish was asking about it. The poor CM didn't understand a word. They thought it was a Perry meet & greet. When I finally realized they were speaking Spanish and that I was understanding them, I tried to explain in my best (horrible) Spanish what the Agent P game was. Talk about hard:headache: They seemed to understand, and the family and CM were all grateful. DS speaks Spanish, but he was in the bathroom:rolleyes:

Oh no they don't teach the Spanish spiel any more?!

I can't type it in Spanish but it basically translated to "This is a 30 minute game in one country in the world showcase".

Oh I forgot about the business card! We never had to fill the buisness cards so I forgot all about it haha.

I'm not there any more but it would be a crappy mission unless the did a complete redo of the ending since it usually ended in the exit queue of the Malestrom and for some glorious days it ended at the water fall.
I'm betting they aren't even doing Norway right now.:)

I love the waterfall "effect" where the sword is "revealed'-too cool!

In fact,it is one of my "Top 5" "effects".

My "Top 5" are:

1)The Agent P Pressed Penny machine in France
2)The Singing Steins in Germany-they crack me up EVERY time!
3)The "gunshot" in United Kingdom
4)"Zipline Perry" in France
5)The "Sword reveal" in Norway:)

Those are my favorites as well!

I also like stuck in a lamp Perry in the UK. I do wish the update would have happened. In Japan, Perry was suppose to get an awesome boat in the Koi pond but the gag didn't work. For the boat not to disturb the Koi but the Perry to be big enought to make an effect the boat always tipped off the tracks or got stuck. I think only CMs have ever seen the gag.

Since my son is all grown up I haven't paid too much attention to this but it sounds fun. Is this just for children or is it something that two middle age Disney nuts could do?

Anyone can do Agent P. It is a bunch of fun. I actually like it as an adult because as someone else pointed out you can grab a drink and drink your way towards saving the world!

I second this.:)

The technology and the "effects" are really incredible even for adults and also the "storylines' have some "inside jokes" just for adults.:)

Too cool-I had heard a rumor they were adding some new "effects" a while back, but had no idea what they were.

Too bad it didn't work out!:)

Yeah the only new one that worked were the Perry's put into Mexico and the lamp in the UK. The phase 3 changes were scrapped or didn't work sadly.

When we were there in November, they were not running Norway.

Also, there is now one with a boat in Japan. We had that one once.

I guess not. She was British, not sure if that has anything to do with it. I basically said something to the effect that it was like a treasure hunt with Agent P in the countries, and that Agent P was not at any of the parks.

... is China where you may or may not get a fortune cookie, 1 is France where you may or may not get a pressed penny, and 1 is the UK where you may or may not get a free bag of tea.

We've done the missions with the cookie and the tea but never the penny. DS thought UK was best just because it was actual interaction with the CM's who are "in on the mission". Wish more of them were like that.

The Pressed Penny version in France has the CM "in on the mission" interaction-a CM actually gives you the Penny to put in the machine.:)

I had to pretty much pry the communicator out of DH's hands and make him give it back to DD, so yep- I think 2 middle age Disney nuts could have fun with it! :)

Is this a new Prop?

Is this China?I haven't saved China that much,so I may just never have gotten it.:)

Pretty sure that is in Germany and has been there since the game was swapped to Agent P.

We will have five in our group (DH, DD11, DD8, DD4, myself) and we plan to do Agent P in June. Do you suggest we all share one device? I didn't realize there were different "scenarios" within the same country. It sounds like so much fun!
