I wasn't going to do GAD because we would have to get there a day earlier than planned in order to do a park the last day before the Easter blackout. However, an opportunity just opened up in our town which would make it worthwhile to go the earlier day if we all could have GAD tickets to redeem for multi-day. But, it says for 18 and older. It involves cleaning up/taking down from an event. I'm trying to get the organizers to allow my 9 and 11 year olds to help out. We move and stack chairs for our cub scout meeting every month and they are good, strong workers. I thought I'd just go ahead and sign up anyway, but the site won't let me register the children for this opportunity because it says 18 and older. If they verbally allow me to do it (I'm waiting for a return phone call) do they have to do something to exempt them from their age requirement? I'd convinced myself we weren't going to get the GAD tickets, but now I've gotten excited about getting them. If they can't participate, only one of us adults can and it won't be worthwhile over our other ticket plan.
