Age of Hawthorn Suites

Can anyone tell me which hotel is newer...Palm Parkway or Canada Avenue? Some info on Palm Parkway described the hotel as "newly" built...and some info on Canada Avenue is described as "new hotel". But info posted on these boards surely don't match with this information. Thanks for your replies (in advance). Barbara

We stayed at the Palm Parkway Hawthorne Suites October 2000. They had just opened in July 2000. So they are a couple of years old. We had a great stay.

I second the location on Palm Parkway, we liked it very much, stayed in May of 2001.
