Age considered a child?

Does anyone know what age you are considered a child at Universal/IOA? I believe that 3 and under is free for park tickets. Is it for food as well? And how does that work if you were to purchase the meal deal or the luau dinner? We were just at disney with an almost 2 year old and he was free for everything. I'm just wondering if he's free and only allowed to eat off of our plate or if we can order him something.

2 and under for free children.

if you stay on site, you will need to get the cardhotel key so the 2 y/o can have fotl also.

OK you seriously scared me about the Barney for a second there. I've already had a really bad Barney experience a few years ago at the Taste of Chicago. Horrible pushing , rude people to see BARNEY I was hoping this time would be a better experience.

i quit going to the Taste ofChicago 3 years ago.

they have about 300,000 people per day there and only 300 seats....

i'm sure you would have to buy food for the 2 year old if you went for regular counter service.
i thought that children 2 and under did not have a charge as long as they ate what the family had.

i'm not the best one to answer your question.
the youngest mine were when i took them to the darkside and motherland was age 6.

hopefully another poster that has gone with a little will help out with your question.

the other choice you have is to send an email to guest services or call them for a direct answer as they are very knowledgable.
