Again...

On my bus today, as you know my bus is a living hell**, anyway, kids like that Jordan guy were flinging V-bombs, you know what those are, right? Well, the busdriver pulled over and my friend wasn't even on there so I was sitting alone and as he passed me he gave me this look that gave me the shivers, and he goes in back and takes all their bus-passes away. Jordan did it all.. This is the FIRST action taken by anyone to improve this bus-route. ANYWAY he goes up front and holds the trash up. He starts taking out of the bin and tosses it up front. Luckily I'm in the middle. He makes sure that there's a pile in the aisle and says, "You have to walk over this crap now because I'm God-dam***d tired of all this on my bus. Guess who has to pick it up?" then he turns around and people in front are picking all the paper and gum wads off of themselves and I felt so bad for them then one starts to pick the stuff up from the floor and the busdriver tells her not to, that we all have to step over it.

You should not make a mess on a busdrivers bus, day after day. His job is to drive you to school, and you should respect him and the bus. He is a driver, not a janitor. He shouldn't have to pick up after you, just because you were to lazy or made a mess on purpose. Now, of course he overreacted, but seeing like 69408560 kids everyday will get one someone's nerve eventually.

I don't think he's doing anything horribly , horribly wrong.

He's making everyone pay for something only the back-bus-sitters did.

I'm sorry, but this is how life goes. Group punishment is something that happens a lot, whether it's fair or not, is debatable, but it happens.

But I don't get it... throwing JUNK OUT OF THE TRASH CAN onto people who obviously did NOTHING at all wrong and expecting them to keep the area around them messy?

He tells them to not pick it up. Guess who's going to pick it up then? The busdriver. Exactly what he was trying to stop he did. Great example, Mr. Bill.
