Afternoon Teas

I would like info on the afternoon teas. How is the dress situation? Is it very formal or could you go Resort casual? I am would like to go with my 17 yr old daughter. She does not like to dress up. Any info will be appreciated

I think it's definitely acceptable to go to the afternoon teas in resort casual. They aren't super-formal, and of course it is Disney!

My mom, sister and I went to the afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian. We were in jeans and t-shirts and it was fine. It was a nice way to start our vacation.

Resort casual is fine.

It is casual. I had on shorts and a halter. Everyone had shorts on.
