Afternoon Tea

On the menu for the afternoon tea, the Princess Kate comes with potted shrimp. Does anyone know what this is? Thanks.

I just had the Princess Kate tea 4 days ago. It was delicious. The potted shrimp were served in a little white dish with a hearty grain bread. The best that I can describe the shrimp is it is served in a fine chop with herbs and oil. It was a light flavor that I enjoyed. Enjoy the Princess Kate, I did
