After the 1/2 marathon...

So what happens after you finish the 1/2 marathon...do you leave the park? Or do they let you stay and ride rides? Or are you so pooped your fastpass is straight back to bed?

We did the half marathon in 2004. You don't finish the race INSIDE the park, you finish in the parking lot. We went back to the room, showered, went to lunch at the Crystal Palace, then stayed in the MK till dinner!

I assumed you needed a ticket to get back into the park then... not part of the marathon price, right?

That's correct!

But with our race bibs we got free admission to PI that night! You wouldn't think people could dance after running a marathon or half marathon, but the place was PACKED with people wearing Mickey and Donald medals!
