After Disneyland Paris Hotel Help

We are flying in from the US on 31 May for 3 nights at the Disneyland Hotel. This is our 2nd time to DLP (last was June 2023) Disneyland Hotel was still being remodeled last trip and I want to splurge this trip and stay there. Our son and his friend are joing us, but they are staying at Sequoia Lodge. After DLP we are all heading to Paris for 3 days before flying home. We were in Paris for a day and half 2 years ago with a tour and got to see some of the sights. This trip we wanted to stay between the Eiffel Tour and Notre Dame. Probably in the 6th or 7th arrondissment or across the river in the 1st or 8th. We are looking to be more frugale (is that possible in Paris?) since we are spending big on the Disneyland Hotel.

Anyone have suggestions for a Paris hotel that is under 250€/night. My wife says the only requirements are A/C and an elevator/lift.

Years ago, a friend and I visited Paris and stayed at Hotel Muguet. It is in the 7th Arrondissement and very convenient and the room was spotless. I checked online and it still has very good reviews. The weather was very cold when we went but they do have AC.
