So we've closed on our boardwalk resale on March 15. We endured the wait for ROFR. All seems to have gone well. The follow up from the broker says give disney a month to add the resale to our account(we have copper creek previously). Our boardwalk is same use year and the owner info is the same.
So we aren't at 30 days yet......so patience will likely be the key to success here. HOWEVER...........

Five days ago I received an email from Disney saying welcome home. It had a new club ID number. No email with an activation was received. I've read that your second one just shows up and you don't have to do the activation thing. However if on the DVC page there is an option to add your new club id, if you have an activation code to go with it.

Have I missed a step somehow? Just let it go for another couple of weeks to see if it shows up. I would have been content to wait, but the welcome home email has my curious.
 
also to note. I can see the member id in my disney experience account. Just doesn't show on my dvc account.

I have made multiple resale purchases. None of the ones that were titled the same and have the same UY were given a new club ID. They were just added to the existing membership.

Club ID is not the same as a membership ID number. For instance, you and your spouse can be on the same contract and have the same membership number but you each have a unique club ID.

If the points have been loaded into your account I wouldn't worry about it. If not I would call them Monday.
 
there is no evidence of anything to do with our boardwalk account on the dvc member site at this time.

According to the timelines of folks in this thread https://www.disboards.com/threads/closing-time-2021-and-2022-edition.3836891/page-67 DVC has been taking 2-3 weeks after the deed is recorded for the new contract to show up in existing memberships, so you are definitely behind schedule. In view of the email I’d call & find out what’s up & verify that there isn’t a glitch somewhere.
 
Sent a quick email on Sunday.
Was on the road yesterday, but go an email notice of a sign in to my account which I thought was weird. Wife went and checked her dvc login, and the contract was showing. I'm at home at a PC today and it shows. So all good on my end.

Another quick question. It's not a big deal at all. On our "my dvc" page, it shows the banner for Copper creek, and briefly shows boardwalk under it, then boardwalk disappears. Is that an issue with my firefox browser, or somewhat normal? Doesn't really make a difference in how I use it, just find it odd.
 
Pre-Covid, the email was all I got and I had to call with my first purchase. They needed some information from the contract itself. They were supposed to mail something, but the only thing I've ever gotten was the magazine.
