Affordable Tiara

We are getting married off property in June and spending a week at the parks. I've been searching for something to wear in my hair. David's bridal has the tiaras but the are SO expensive! A minimum of around a hundred dollars!
Tonight I went to Hobby Lobby thinking i'd buy some combs and hot glue my own. I was surprised to find their bridal things all 50% off! I got a beautiful tiara for only ten dollars! It's not plastic or junky either. Its as nice as any of the tiara's at Davids bridal! Plus i bought the sweetest "I'm the bride" pin to wear after our celebration!

Less than 2 weeks to go!

Good for you!!!

I wanted a flower "halo" for my wedding. I asked Disney floral the cost to make one and they quoted me $150!

I found some stuff at the craft stores and made my own for about $25!

David's Bridal is expensive for some of that stuff! Glad you found something that fits your budget better!

I still can't believe how much money they ask (and get, i'm sure!) for those things.
I'd really like to have a white "bride" and black "groom" tshirts for later that day...... I may make one more trip back to David's bridal!!

Anyone have a suggestion about what park to go to after the wedding??

for t-shirts, you might want to check out zazzle.com

They have a Disney section and there is a bride and groom Minnie and Mickey that you can have put on a shirt, then personalized with your names, whatever!

And I would pick the Magic Kingdom just because it's my favorite!

Bride and Groom Shirts

I just purchased two polo shirts from the Disney Shopping website. I got a womens white with Minnie on it and I had them personalize it in black with Bride and I got a black mens with Mickey on it and had them personalize it with Groom in white. They were 17.00 each and 5.00 for the personalization. They also sometimes have discount codes so you can get a percentage off.

They came in last week and we are heading to our planning session next week. I am planning on wearing them to our planning session and then getting a photoshoot at the Grand Floridan with them on.

Did you get tiaras on ebay? I've seen some cheap ones that look really nice... but I don't want it to look cheap. If you did, and liked it, who did you buy it from (I don't know if you can actually tell me that on here).

A little OT but have a look at vistaprint for T-shirts. They allow you to upload your own images and are always doing free promotions. I've had a couple of T-shirts done and although they aren't the best quality they are fine.

Thank you, I wasn't sure where to start on ebay! There's a lot of David's Bridal tiaras which are cute and pretty cheap! I found a lot of "home-made" ones, which I wasn't so sure about when I looked a few days ago. Thanks a million!

We're only 4 days out! I'm SO excited!
Kinda off topic, but I have a question......
I've heard several times that ASMu has been renovated recently. Meaning new pillow top mattresses. We're staying at ASMo. A comfy bed is REALLY important to me. How are the beds at ASMo? I also heard that ASMu has Disney movies shown by the pool but ASMo doesnt. Is that true?

I'm thinking of going back to the craft store tomorrow for some iron on letters and 2 blank tshirts to make my own BRIDE and GROOM tshirts......
