Affordable Golf near WDW ????

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to find a reasonably priced place where the guys can go have a golf day. It seems that most Disney golf courses are over $100 and that's if you are staying onsite. We're staying offsite at Windsor Palms (no golf there). Can someone recommend some places that would be close and would be nice without costing a fortune? They will also need to rent clubs.

Although I can't seem to remember any names of the courses, I can assure that I have played on some great courses around Orlando for much less than the WDW courses charge. Some of them were literally minutes away from WDW. As for finding them, try looking in an Orlando phone book at your public library, looking in the Orlando Sentinal (Sunday is the best), or maybe call your hotel. You could look on the internet, but some of the cheaper courses may not have their own site. I know this isn't much help, but I wanted to let you know that there is some great golf all around Orlando.

Falcons Fire! It's off of RT 192. A Beautiful course, that the guys will love to play. IMO, none of the Disney courses come close to Falcons Fire. It's well worth the money. You can check the lay-out and price for the time of year you are going by visiting their web site.
