affordable candy buffet

I am making my own candy buffet for my son's Bar Mitzvah. I want to order candy in bulk in the colors he has chosen (brand name candy etc). I found on site but wondered if anyone had a wholesale candy site that had candy in many colors (we need gummy bears in bags of blue, green, red and orange as an example, not all mixed together.)

Amazon is probably the cheapest if they have what you want. I've purchased from Groovy Candies for work. They have a lot of individually wrapped candies which is nice but may not be the look you're going for!

We like Economy Candy. They sell many varieties of bulk candy by color. We go to their store in downtown NYC when we need bulk candy but they also sell online. I would compare what they have to Amazon and see which is more economical.

Economy Candy is the greatest! They were so helpful & economical when it came to planning DD's Sweet 16. The candy was also very fresh. Personally, unless there is a huge price difference, I would go to them - I do not know how long that candy at Amazon has been there. I purchased Blue candy for my daughters candy bar at graduation. I ended up purchasing a few things like Blue M&Ms online from candywarehouse.com and nuts.com. I got blue sixlets locally from Hobby Lobby (40% off coupon) Blue Gumballs from Target. Blue frooties from Amazon. You would be suprised what you can find locally. Even Toy's R Us had some bags of specialized individual colored candies. Then I made a few things like white chocolate covered oreos and pretzels that I dipped blue as well as purchasing some candy molds and making blue lollipops from candy melts and Blue popcorn. I just couldn't stomach the prices for some of the special colored candies.

Thanks! I got all my stuff from candy warehouse and ohnuts.com I got the gummy bears the cheapest on amazon in 5lb bags. Just in case anyone needs to get single color candy in bulk for 125+ people! : )
