Aerophile Discount?

Good morning everyone!

I had read that if you do the Aerophile Balloon at Disney Springs before 10am, that is is $10 per person. But then I read somewhere else that this discount is for DVC members only.

So which is it? Is there any real clarification on this, besides showing up before 10am and paying for the flight?

The Disney Parks blog says anyone is $10 before 10am. Sometimes Groupon has tickets at a discount also, just watch the expiration day because they aren’t good for long.
