Advise PLEASE Radisson Buena Vista or Parkway

Looking At one of the Raddison hotels, Buena Vita or the one on the Parkway. Any advise would be most welcome.
Are they close to Disney Ecpot? Would like a clean nice hotel of course not too expensive. We are going for a nice time no kids we are the kids.

The Radisson Parkway isn't bad. It has a great pool and is just off 192...very easy to get to Epcot from it...just jump on I-4 for one exit. I haven't stayed here but I use to live right next door so I know it is convenient. I have read about some of the rooms being musty but don't know myself. I have had friends that stayed there (after all the right next door was good) and their rooms were nice, clean but a bit worn.

I don't know about the other one so I can't compare the two.
