I just got a similar one.. but for September.. which is the month we already are booked for. LOL.

It's odd though because it's a PIN offer but it doesn't say exactly what the benefit of the offer is. Like yours says it's a 22% offer? Mine doesn't mention any savings amount, it just says that it's $388 per adult for a value.

Most vague PIN email I've ever received...

I got that same PIN (and used it).

Mine was for free QSD and I think that one is too. It was worded the same as yours. I agree--it was TOTALLY vague. But I was happy to use it!

That's the exact same offer I got and when I called the CM asked if I was calling for the free dining plan. We were able to book a 7 day stay for $1404 utilizing DDP. For my 7 day stay the upgrade to DDP was 10/day per adult and 4/day per child for a total of a little over $150 more than the QSDP. Forgot to add that we only booked one day tickets since we have APs.

My mom just recieved this offer in the mail. She was given one for December 2011.

She had just planned her trip to travel with our family and she paid her deposit. I booked my trip in December 2010 with my own pin code that was for 35% a moderate and 40% off a Deluxe room only. It did have block out dates on the old pin code for December.

My mom's included the entire month December. She ended up saving about $350.00 more than her 20% off package discount that she had. Our agent also checked my room and we could add 12/10 to our package plus get ther day of the regular disney dining plan for only $20.00 more total. I had just paid my room only fee of $163.00 to add just the room for 12/10. So a refund for that is on it's way, also.

So I would recommend calling and asking about your code. It does not hurt to ask. I am not sure if it is quick service free dining or our travel agent said that it could have been 40% off a moderate. It worked out for us! I hope more of you get this pixie dust!!!:cheer2:

Is it just me, or does it seem like people are getting pins when they've already booked? Although, not very attractive pins, IMO. We are booked 10/5-10/10/11 and after talking to a CM who advised me to call back that I had a pin she couldn't open that day (?). When I did call back 2 days later as she recommended it was a pin for travel dates of 10/10-12/22. Thought it was just because of Columbus Day, but now I'm wondering if there's something else to it. Today, I considered actually switching our travel dates to Nov.for a discount, so when I called to ask the specifics of the room only discount pin..they were very vague. First, I was disconnected (which has NEVER happened to me on a call to Disney!), then I was transferred to another dept. for booking under that pin as she said she was unable to do it. When I finally spoke to the CM who apparently was in the know about this mysterious pin he said it was emailed to us, which I KNOW it wasn't. Then he would never give me a straight answer on the actual percentage discount. He would only quote me the package price..which seriously was only $168 dollars less than what we had booked and it required upfront payment with absolutely no changes or add ons possible. So, I'm guessing maybe it was this "Game-On" pin everyone is talking about. Seriously, made me feel dirty even thinking about taking the deal. I know that sounds odd...but really? There was none of the excitement that you usually get with a CM..it was more like selling my soul to the Disney Devil! (okay, I'm being dramatic..but hey :confused3) I should add that prior to being transferred to the second CM, I mentioned to the first one that we were considering switching to Hilton Bonnet Creek for free since no discounts were available for our travel dates (I just kept telling her how I really wanted to make it work to stay on property etc...so I wasn't being rude..a deal is a deal!) She actually said, "Oh, and you can use EMH at the Hilton too"..I couldn't believe she actually said that. Made me think that she realized it wasn't gonna get any better in the discount dept. I hate waiting, I just want to know exactly what we're doing so I can get excited about wherever we land.

This pin is for the free QSDP. I booked POFQ 3 days before I had this offer, and then had it applied. The CM stated it was for free QSDP and saved me over $800. Congratulations. Hope you can use it.:thumbsup2

I think those poor CM's are as confused about all the various discounts as we are:sad1: I have seen about 10-15 different PINs or multiple varients of two or three discounts in the past 2 months, BB offers that were evidently not clearly explained to the CM's by upper management, the Disney website has been going down, sometimes multiple times per day, which must only increase the phone calls exponentially....I can't imagine how they stay in a good mood (I know some of them don't but hey, thet're only human) or how they keep up! :surfweb:
Pixie dust to the CM's!!!:tink:pixiedust:

go for it. All other offers don't compare to it. I've rejected two pincodes for December, already; they're just not good enough for me to stay on site. Anyway, I've booked off site. I'm not even sure if I get the free QSDP offer that I'll stay on property, now. I would have to change our plans to accomodate this offer. I have a weird situation, but I would like to have the QSFD free offer on the table and then decide what I want to do.

At least it's a sign that there is free dining to be had for all those who are lucky enough to get this code. May all of you get Pixie dust who need it.

I got that same Game On pin for our October dates. I was so excited to the the email subject but so disappointed in the offer. I'd much rather have FD or better yet, a room discount.

And it's the second pin I've gotten - both for the same offer. And I booked it the first time, but still hoping for a better one.

I just got a similar pin code but it doesn't come with free quick service dining- it comes with the free Water Park Fun and More and Park Hopper options. I was so disappointed when I called because I thought I could just downgrade to a base ticket but when she said the same EXACT price that I have been looking at online without all those additional options I was so confused!

I don't want the water park fun and more option because we are only going to be there for 5 nights and it is in December so the weather will be questionable! We also already decided that we aren't going to do park hopper because we want to save as much money as possible.

Im so disappointed now! I thought we would actually be saving money-- were not saving money, we are just getting things I don't want for free =(

I think you're right! Who could keep up with all that. I think it's like Pavlov...I hear that bell sound when the phone connects and you just expect magic :goodvibes But, you're right..they're human..not pin fairies! Ahhh..so we wait!

So I called to see what it was and it was free QS Dinning. It was available at mods too which is what i was looking for booked Thursday to Monday, 5 days 4 nights, 2 adults and 1 child at Caribbean Beach with 5 day park hopper and upgraded to regular dinning. Totalled out at 1757.23. So I am still a disney newbie but I think I did Alright.:confused3

I just called and didn't have any pin numbers but we got in on the free dining deal.
Sept 23 thru October 9
2 adults
Pop Century
upgraded to Deluxe Dining
10 day pass will upgrade to annual when we get down there
$3,667.28

Still need to get airfair but I think that is a great deal. So need a vacation this year. We went last Sept/Oct so it is time to go again.

We will try and take two trips next year with the annual pass and hopefully free dining again.
