Hi, wondering if any one can help with room location. I would love to stay here at the BC but cannot afford water veiw. What would be a good standard location? I do not care so much about veiw but would like to be close to the Storm-a-long pool. Thanks.... amy

corvair - when are you going? we go in 9 days and have a standard room at the bc, I will let you know when I get back what it was like.

PS- I'm from Carlisle and I'm Amy too!:)

Amy..what a small world. We are going in May. Please post when you get back and let me know...thanks..amy

dreaming--We leave in 9 days for a week stay at BC, too!

We are also in a standard room. :D

I hope when you both get back you post good info on room location. I have never been to BC. thanks..amy

We stayed at BC 11/6-11/11/02 with a standard view room. Only request was non smoking. Room assigned was #4622, which was about 4 rooms from the lobby elevator on the 4th floor. The room had a full balcony with a view of one of the front courtyards. The location was very convenient because DMIL had a smoking room way down the hall(it was a hike). The BC was very nice. The staff was excellent, especially mousekeeping. Being able to walk to boardwalk, MGM, and epcot was a big plus. All the food we ate there was great. No transportation problems at all! The only thing that I could say that was possibly negative(if you had to point out something) was that it was a busy hotel, not noisey, just alot of people everywhere you went(except the beach). After 5nights there we went to HRH for 2 nights. Now that is a relaxing place.

dylansdad. thanks for the info. So it sounds like I just need to request near the lobby. How did you like the pool?? thanks..amy

We stayed there last May, paid for a standard room. When we arrived they put us in 1st floor room that was next to the quiet pool. It was a little longer walk to sab, but we were right next to the entrance epcot. BC/YC are not that big so it's not too far to anything.

SAB was very cool!! They kept the temp very warm on the cooler days I would say at least low 80s. DW even went right in without hesitation. I like the convenience of being near the lobby end of the bldg, especially there with the long confusing hallways, but DMIL room if you went out on her balcony and looked right you could see the BW. Ate at Cape May for both meals and it was great. DW who does not like seafood enjoyed the other selections. Staff there was very friendly and nice. Christmas decorations were going up and looked wonderful!

We stayed at BC June 2000. What a great resort. Loved the location too.
We had a standard room, but requested full balcony and upper floor. The room was on 4th floor with a view of the entry - BUT on the balcony you could see Epcot.
I thought it was very nice. Also, the housekeeping staff was outstanding.
Have a good trip!
