anyone ever heard of SUnterra's Cypress point, lik tiki or embassy resort grand beach. WHat about going on redweek is it safe to book that way? Thanks.

redweek is pretty safe. these are probably week rental. As I say before www.skyauction.com is probably best for week rentals.

those are all timeshares. Cypress Pointe gets good reviews here.

embassy resort grand beach - looks the most impressive. but I think Cypress Pointe gets better reviews.

The Embassy Grand Beach is very nice and conveniently located to Disney. They have mostly three bedroom units with two master suites. My teenage son loved having his own suite when we stayed there last year.

Liki Tiki is further away that the other two if that matters. It is down 192W almost at Hwy 27. I've never stayed there, but I've read here it's hit or miss. They had some really old townhouses that were supposedly in bad shape but were supposed to be town down; don't know if that's happened yet or not. The highrises were supposed to be better. if you do a seach here within the last year, you should find some threads about them.
