Advice- Wyndham vs. Bonnet Creek

ETA: I am referring to Wyndham Cypress Palms. Sorry, I thought I put the full name.

I keep reading how everyone loves BC.

We will be going in November.

DH will be staying at another location for a conference, so the first week will be just the kids and I who will be needing a place to stay.

If you were given a choice of Wyndham in a 2 bedroom vs. BC in a 1 bedroom (same price), which would you pick?

Will you have a car? If not, Bonnet Creek would be easier access to the parks. If so, I'd go for the bigger space.

Having stayed at both, I'd say BC. Lazy river, miniature golf, pirate lair,kids activities, closer to the parks, nicer furnishings and plenty of room for kids and mom in a 1 bd.

Hi, I book Bonnet Creek through my Wyndham Points. When you mention Wyndham versus Bonnet Creek are referring to a different Wyndham location, or is there a different part of Bonnet Creek that is not affiliated with Wyndham? Just curious.

With kids, I'd want the 2BR. Caveat: I wouldn't stay in either place without a car.

I'm debating these properties as well, but for a January stay..so not too sure if the lazy river would be getting any use then...it's the first week of January and I think the weather is too unpredictable to expect the use of all those pools, kwim? And then there is the difference in points that you need...I am surprised at such a difference. Has anyone stayed at Cypress since they refurbed the rooms?

I would definately choose BC. It is much nicer than Cypress Palms. I only stay at Cypress Palms when I can't find anything else.
