Advice - SSR and dining plan?

For those of you who have stayed at SSR - did you find the dining plan worth it since there are no TS restaurants there - and a limited number that take the dining plan in DD? We don't usually like to go into the parks for our evening TS meal, unless were at BWV and go to WS. Just trying to decide about our Thanksgiving trip to SSR.

No anwers, but I am in the same boat. We are doing Raglan Road one night. As I understand it, The Turf Club is expanding to a TS restaurant to be completed this summer. I've read a couple of reviews that are positive about the current Turf Club, but of course it is hard to tell what the restaurant will be like. You are right though....if more of the DD spots were on the dining plan, it wouldn't be so difficult.

while we're staying at SSR in Oct. I only have one park dinner and that's for Fantasmic. Otherwise, we'll be at other resorts for dinner and HDDR. I'm not sure I'd do it if you're not planning on a car.
