Ive been to WDW three times (each time in November) and we are booked to go again this October, but because of my new job we can't go as I can't get the time off work. We are now limited to school holidays and are thinking about booking for either Christmas, Easter or the first two weeks of August (we would go the last weeks but my bf is getting married).

What do you think is the best time to go?? :confused3

Help!!

Each one is at peak times with crowds early august has americian kids they go back mid August.

Really the risk of Hurricianes in August is the only split on the weather, Easter would be nice weather, Christmas cool but still nice.

Crowds are high as I said and I would avoid October would have been better for the Halloween parties and Weather.

I am staying at Universal on site early August as they have front in line passes so the high crowds matter less.

In the end its your preference on the Easter or Christmas shows. Maybe run up to Easter at WDW and after Esdter Universal when it wil lbe very busy.

I would not go in August, way to hot/humid and crowded :crowded: ! I know you mentioned the first 2 weeks in August and Andrew posted that American kids go back in mid-August, but that is not true of all American kids. Most kids in the Northeast go back in September. So anytime in August could be potentially very crowded :crowded: . You cannot avoid the crowds any of these times but we always went at Easter and enjoyed it. My kids always had off the week before Easter. Yes, it was crowded but it really is a beautiful time of year :butterfly . Weather is nice :sunny: , everything is in bloom :flower1: and the Easter Parade is always a good time :dance3: . I have never been at Christmas :santa: but someday I would love to go. I have seen pictures of the beautiful decorations and they always have alot going on. You'll have fun no matter when you go!! :wizard:

I've been 4 times in the last two weeks in August and it has never been crowded :)

I know this doesn't help you Jen but I just wanted to share my experience that the last two weeks in my opinion are not crowded :wizard:

I think I would choose Easter of the times you mention above though :)
