Advice please...Uber Vs Rental Car

Attending a conference at the Orlando Convention Center for two days in the middle of a 6-day visit to WDW. I am debating using Uber rather than renting a car for convenience and cost reasons. But, I figured some of you might have insight into that topic. I only need a car for the 2 days of the conference. thanks!

Figure out what you need a car for, where you'll go. Why the cost of parking is. What the actual rental car cost would be for your exact trip. Etc, get all the costs together on either side. Figure out the cost of the convenience of walking out to a car and driving it wherever, vs calling uber then walking outside to a driver to take you wherever.

Only you know the value of things like convenience, and what feels like a convenience, to you.
