Hello. I’m having a problem with a 11/2020 reservation. I’m a long term owner so I know the process of 7 nights at 11 months out but I keep on getting a message that I am out of my booking window when I try to reserve right at 8 am. I’m not fussy about the days I need but this has happened about 5 times now. When I go back in after refreshing the room (I’m trying for a BWV standard studio) is gone. I thought my clock might b wrong on my phone but that isn’t the case. Any advice? I’ve never had this issue before. Thanks. Kayla
It seems to be sheer luck of the draw and maybe your internet speed
I also used my phone this morning in addition to my laptop and it is a good thing I did because I got the dreaded "we're working on it" dwarves message on my laptop
Luckily, I was able to complete my reservation on my phone
