Advice, please! OnPoint problems

I am in a kind of panic.
I booked Onpoint for our proctored tests which are or were scheduled for 5am tomorrow.
Now I have received 2 cancellations of these appts and a reschedule for the same time.
All of these have different zoom link numbers and now I am worried we won't get the tests done on time for our cruise
Can anyone give me advice?? I emailed them but no reply yet
I don't know if there's a number to call...
I also don't know if I have to do the health track questionnaires again for both of us or if the previous ones will be OK.
So much stress to make it to our cruise...I could just cry right now
 
You should be fine as long as you have a new zoom link--just use the most recent rescheduled one. I think they just changed which teleworker is doing your appt. Back in June, DHs appt was cancelled and rescheduled. The 'room #' listed changed between the 2. And all your info should just be in the system, so no need to redo it.
 
My original got cancelled the day before (yesterday) and was rebooked immediately by them with a new zoom meeting 15 mins earlier than my original timeframe. I used the new link this morning and everything went fine at the new time.

Did you get your test results and did they have all of the required info for safe passage?

I have a question about Onpoint. During the telehealth service, I'm suppose to provide the appt confirmation number and the patient confirmation number. I got the patient confirmation number but I don't see the appt confirmation number on the email I got confirming my appt. Is that the order number?
 
I just used them to test this morning, they rescheduled mine the day prior but it was at the same time just a new zoom link. Disney accepted my uploaded test results about 5 hours after I uploaded them.
 
Yes, we had no issues with Onpoint and safe passage using the free government tests.
I wasn’t aware this was an option. This is our first cruise and the little ones need to be tested before we go. Where can I get more information on how to do the test at home using the government test? Appreciate any info
 
I had issues on my testing day as the original proctor didn't show and then the new one couldn't figure out that my email ended in .com and not .co. I ended up contacting live chat support and they were super helpful and got it all set for me in the end.
 
Any recent reports from those using OnPoint? I heard they were having some issues. Just wondering as some in our group are nervous about using them. Thx
