Advice please? Is this cutting it too close? BBB + A&E

I have appointments for my 2 older girls at the Downtown Disney Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (because MK was booked) at 1 pm. These are the ONLY times available. After trying for weeks I finally scored fastpasses for Anna & Elsa for ALL OF US from 3-4pm. It is the only day/time of our trip that I was able to get the Anna/Elsa fastpasses.
I'm just scared that if we do the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (with photos) that we won't make it back to MK in time for our meet & greet with Anna & Elsa. A&E are my kids #1 most important M&G. But they have been dying to do the BBB.

What do you think?

I think you will make it. Even if the appointment takes more than an hour (we've never done BBB so I am clueless as to time required) you will be heading out of DtD by 2:30 and you have until 4:00 to get to Fantasyland.

I think that is pushing it especially if you are doing photos. BBB could be running behind, then you have to do the photos, get to your car, get parked at the TTC and make your way to MK.

We are staying at POR. Would it be faster to drive or to use Disney transportation? I guess I'm just hoping my kids don't have to choose.

We stay at BLT and last December all of the construction going on downtown cause us to have an hour drive in each direction.
If you have your own car available it might be better but keep in mind the horrible parking situation downtown.
It might be very very tight but if you get into BBB right on time and high tail it out when you're done it could work.
You do have a 15 minute grace period with fP+ also which will help a bit.

Good luck! And have a great vacation.

I really think you're pushing your luck. I would really hate for such a great experience to filled with the stress of whether you'll get there in time. Do keep in mind crowds are near peak this time of year.

If you run late, is it possible for someone to drop you off at the Contemporary to walk over to the MK (so you don't have to wait for a tram in the MK parking lot, then for the ferry or monorail to get to the park)? If not, maybe consider taking a taxi from DTD to the Contemporary. It's still going to take some time though to get from there to the gates, through Bag Check and through the park to Fairytale Hall.

A couple things: 1) Keep checking. BBB is CC guaranteed so people do cancel last minute. And 2) If you don't find a better time, try getting to BBB early and explaining about your A/E FP to see if they can work you in sooner.

Disney transportation will not be quicker. Buses only go to the resorts from DTD, not the parks. If you do decide to try that, take the bus to the Contemporary.

You can try to show up around noon and hope to be seen earlier. Worst case, you hang out and shop until 1:00.

. . . What do you think?

1) I think you might very well miss A&E.
2) By lunch, BBB is usually behind schedule 30-40 minutes.
3) Once done at BBB, you have about 1-hr bus ride to MK
. . . walk to bus station
. . . wait for next bus
. . . load and get underway
. . , ride to MK
4) Then,
. . . you have to then walk into the park
. . . you have to walk to A&E
