Advice Please - BWV or BCV or PVB

Our upcoming May trip is a split stay starting at AKV club level studio then moving to BWV 1BR and then to BRV 1BR.

Having second thoughts because I’m trying not to borrow points for January 2024 trip. Actually had a standard view studio at Poly booked in home resort window, but switched to BWV 1BR boardwalk view at 7 months. It looks like the BWV refurb isn’t happening until fall and we won’t book a studio with a pull-out sofa bed. Boulder Ridge studio is now an option with the on-going refurb as is Beach Club studio, assuming the murphy beds get installed with the refurb that is supposed to be completed by April. Poly is one of our home resorts and access to Epcot is pretty good with the TTC monorail.

I have waitlisted Beach Club and Poly studios (set to replace the BWV 1BR) and waitlisted Boulder Ridge studio (set to replace the BRV 1BR). Reservations are on separate memberships. Saving up to 40 pts could help with my 2024 AKV reservation, but I would have to bank the returned points (DEC UY) and reallocate them later, assuming waitlist doesn’t come through by the end of this month. I think the waitlists are a long shot, but curious what others would do.

I did but removed it. Since my BRV reservation is in a different membership, I don’t need those points for my 2024 trip. But I have waitlisted the studio at BRV to replace the 1BR.

Save the points 66, bcv over bev 1bd. Bcv is good enough. Not worth less nights more points at Poly.

I don't see why you would have any reason to think BC will be flipped by April. That seems, uh, optimistic.

Disney's official announcement says it will be complete in mid-April, so while they can't count on it, there's good reason to hope! It's just a "refresh," not a complete refurb such as BRV is getting or BWV will get, and BCV is relatively small.

I realize it is a risk, but that’s part of why I asked the question. I am also doubtful the waitlist will come through for Beach Club I was surprised that BCV is getting refurb before BWV, and that is one of the reasons I am considering switching. Per Disney website:
