I wanted to know what you think is a more crowded time in the parks. The week after Christmas or Easter week? We have never been there for either and were debating the crowd situation. We have been there in the height of summer when it is packed and wanted a comparison. (And also, if you have been there in December, how warm is it usually?)

They are both much busier than the busiest week of the summer. Christmas week is an absolute nightmare in terms of crowds/waits, and Easter week is only slightly better. If those weeks can be avoided, you'll have a MUCH better trip.

December is warm - figure 70's during the day and 50's at night. It can be warmer than that or colder than that - just depends on the fronts, which cannot be predicted more than 7-10 days in advance.

We've done water parks in Dec and Jan and covered up with sweatshirts and jeans in Nov and Oct.

And I agree with Sue that the week between Christmas and New Years and Easter week are both extremely busy. Parks get closed because of high crowd levels.

Thanks for the input. I guess then we might as well stick to the summer when we can stay longer. We pulled our son out of school to do a quick trip the beginning of May and it was great, but we can't do it every year unfortunately.
