Advice on transportation

We are flying in on a Friday and spending a few days on the dark side before we move over to disney on Sunday? So can I set up a shuttle to universal and still use magical express to go back to the airport at the end of our stay? How do I link our flight info since we bought it separately? I'm so confused this is my first time flying with a split stay.

Yes, you can. We did it in March. I think it was on the reservation page that asked if you were using the Magical Express or not.

If you are making your resort reservations online, just click on add ground transportation at the end and choose return flight and enter the flight info. If you already have you Disney resort reservation, call ME directly at (866) 599-0951. Give them your resort confirmation number and tell them you want to add ME back to MCO, only. Then give them the flight info.
