Advice on selecting WH townhome needed!

Anyone stayed at Sydney's Point or Magic Villa #1? What about Hideaway Haven? All at Windsor Hills.

We have 4 kids ages 5 - 12 and want a 3 br townhome with a pool near the community pool. The townhome has to be very, very clean and updated.

This is our first to Disney in 8 years so we need suggestions on were to stay. We have never stayed off property before but we have too many kids now.

Any advise or direction to certain townhomes would be great.

Thank you for the reply. That is one of the townhomes that we are looking at right now. It is hard to know what to do when you haven't been to WDW in years.

We stayed at WH and loved it! It's super convenient to the parks, grocery store and other restaurants..plus it's eay to find if you're driving from the airport. We used windsorhillsrent.com to get price quotes and then cross checked the price on vrbo.com. This is a newer website that i found too www.windsorhillsclub.com/

We just stayed at Story time in WH and while it was very clean I will not say it is updated. Maybe it is my husband and I being snobs since we bought our homes new and are spoiled when it comes to newer appliances and such.
Our stay was nice overall.

To each their own right? We're pretty selective when it comes to where we'll stay as well... right down to the furniture selection, whether the house is painted, bedding and decor. Story Time met if not exceeded our expectations. But there are plenty of homes in WH, so I'm sure the OP will find something just right for them.

We've stayed in the same townhome both times we've been there. I can highly reccomend Mickey's World. They now have a second townhome so they're called 1 and 2. We've only stayed in 1. Very clean and beautifully decorated and the owners are great to work with and very responsive to questions.
