Advice on playhouse disney breakfast

The food is average, but if you have kids that are into Little Einsteins, it's a must. Last year my kids were 3 and 20 months and they both loved it! As a matter of fact one of my favorite memories of our trip was my daughter (the 20 month old, at the time) who was trying to feed Leo sausage links, repeatedly...poor Leo!!!

It's a fun atmosphere, where the kids can sing and dance with the characters and performers. It's at Hollywood and Vine at HS and we like breakfast better than lunch. I think breakfast is around $23 for adults, $13 for kids, lunch may be a few bucks more than breakfast...we use the DDP, so I can't recall exact prices. Even though we do a character breakfast just about every morning of our trip, this was the first one my kids said they wanted to eat at again this year.

I just wish they would have all the Little Einsteins, (not just Leo and June) or included different Playhouse Disney stars instead of JoJo and Goliath, they were great...don't get me wrong, but my two would love to see ALL the Einstein characters or others from Playhouse Disney.

We haven't tried at playhouse because kids really love eating breakfast at Chef Mickeys, it's really the best for us. :thumbsup2

Can someone give me some more information on when/where this is? I had no idea! I'm assuming that you need an ADR, right?

This is at DHS and yes you do need ADR. Breakfast and lunch are Character meals but dinner is not. Characters are Leo and June from Little Einsteins and JoJo and Goliath from JoJo's Circus. Lots of fun if your kids like Playhouse Disney.

We did lunch and we are doing it again this time at the request of my kids even though one will be 7 when we travel. The food was fine but the main highlights for my girls was the character interaction. They loved the dancing with the characters, etc.

Thanks for everybody's help with this. DH & I are going to take DS3 to do this and the rest of my family is going to be at Boma for breakfast. I tried to get our teenagers to go but they just weren't interested. They still love Mickey & Pooh but playhouse disney characters is a little too much for them. Plus they love the breakfast at Boma. One week till I can make ADRs. :surfweb: Thanks again for the info.
