5/31 - MGM all day (EMH am), Hollywood & Vine for dinner @8, Fantasmic @10
6/1 - Magic Kingdom all day (EMH pm), Cinderella's Royal Table @7pm
6/2 - EPCOT (EMH pm) Rose & Crown @5pm, Carriage ride at our resort POFQ afterwards, then downtown disney or whatever we want to do
6/3 - Magic Kingdom (EMH am)/MGM, Chef Mickey's 5pm
6/4 - Animal Kingdom (EMH am), 'Ohana 6pm
6/5 - go to whatever we want/missed, Yachtsman @5:30, bike rental after dinner, relax that night
6/6 - depart :(

edit: just topping this to get more advice! THANKS!! :)

You actualy schedued relaxation. Good for you. Don't forget when you come out of dinner at the Magic Kingdom to stick around for the Wishes fireworks. I think one of the best places to watch is from the center of the hub near Walts statue in front of the castle. Afterwards if park is still open head to tomorrowland until the crowds on main street clear. Everyone wants to leave at the same time.
Enjoy!!! My daughter is going to WDW for her Disneymoon next summer.

oh I totally forgot about that! I only remembered the Fantasmic and Illuminations, and that's because my H2B keeps asking "I don't care where or when we eat or what we do, I just want to see those pyro shows" it's his first time going :rotfl:
