Advice on managing a parent's reservations

My father will be joining us for a couple of days on our upcoming trip (in November). I have booked him his own studio with my points, so I control the reservation (even though it's in his name). Can I add him and his reservation to my MDE account so I can book FP for him and order his magic bands -- or does he need to have his own MDE account?

I know that he could set up his own account, but he is not very comfortable with computers and would much prefer that I handle everything!

I believe that it is much simpler if you just add them to your MDE. If he creates his own MDE, he must give you permission, and can change everything himself. To be sure, I suggest you call member services tomorrow. They helped me do this one time, and I can't remember everything, but it all worked great.

Yes, you can just add him to your MDE account. No need for him to set one in if he doesn't want to manage it. I manage for most of our family members - accidentally had a couple end in with their own account when the bought tickets and they wish that hadn't happened. Lol

All you do is add a guest on the friends and family list.
