I've moved twice within my same hospital, and both times I approached the interview with a "If I get it, great, if not, great" attitude. During the interview, I always said how much I liked my present job, partly because I really did, and partly because I think projecting a satisfied attitude bodes well for a future employee. Make sure they know what quaifies you for the new position.

Yes, I am updating my thread that had one reply (I have no life) but I followed their advice and I'm excited!

I found out yesterday that I got the job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had two interviews, had to take a test, but I got it.

I'm going from hourly to salary, more hours but much more flexible, more challenging and mostly this experience will prepare me for bigger things. I worked so hard for this!
