So to combat our post Disney blues me and the DH have decided where and when our next trip will be.

Looking at OKW maybe a studio or 1 bed villa and going last week of august first 2 weeks of september for 18 nights again.

Now we booked with virgin holidays last time and I got 10% off my whole booking, but after I joined DIS it seems you can get better deals through disney or booking separately.

My question is when will be best time to book this holiday and who with.

Also I have enough air miles to do miles plus money in economy.

Thanks

Just the 2 of you?
14 or 21 day tickets?
Which airport you nearest?
Direct only?

Disney.co.uk
1 bed at OKW with free DDP and 2 x 14 day tickets = £4,060.80 (Studio £3,137.40)
Prices are less 3% Quidco and you get a $100 giftcard.

Direct flights from London to MCO with BA = £635pp (28/08/2013 To 15/09/2013)
Too early to get VA prices.

What did you pay this year?
No-one can know best time to book, it could be now, could be 6 months away. Its all about booking when you are happy with price.

Personally i'd book with disney (accomodation and tickets) or complete orlando and book your flights when you see a price you are happy with.

If you need to move your dates by a day or two to tie in with flights disney will do this no fee. Complete orlando charge an admin fee - we paid £35.

We booked accomodation and tickets with complete orlando this year as they were cheaper than disney direct. Then booked flights separately.

Yep just the 2 of us and would only fly direct.
Would be 21 day tickets.
Gatwick is nearest but happy to travel to another airport if big difference in price.

This year we paid 4450 that includes 10% discount.
We stayed at POFQ flying from manchester to MCO and back.
Had the V room
Car hire.
DDP was free and got $300 gift card.
21 day tickets
and universal 2 park 14 day tickets.

Thanks for looking :)

Getting all excited again :)

Personally I would not pay an extra £1000 for a 1 bed villa, studio, DDP & 2 x 21 day tickets = £3,201.40 (less 3% Quidco)
2 x flights with BA(codeshare Iberia) £1,270 via Opdodo
Car rental approx £300
2 x 14 day Universal approx £200
Probably looking at around £4,800 total but mess with dates or wait for lower flight costs and it could be cheaper.

Checked for exactly same dates with Virgin Holidays, same tickets, smallest car £6,078.33
