Advice needed VWL& BWV

We've had a couple of great vacations on our DVC points at VWL but now we need to sell. My daughter is needing to sell hers at Board Walk, too.

I know this site is sponsored by a reseller, and I've heard of a couple of others, but does anyone here have any experience with any of them? I'm nervous! Please give me the benefit of your advice.
