Hello :),
I have booked a surprise vow renewal for our 14th wedding anniversary whilst we are holidaying in Orlando.I have booked everything myself, but I don't know whether I am supposed to tip all of the people I have booked?(I do understand the tipping culture in the US as I have been holiday-ing there for over 20 years, but this has me stumped). Please can you give me some advice?.Beaute Speciale I know to tip,and the pre booked Limo company is compulsory 20% tip added to the fee as I am an international traveller. But I don't know about the following, being as though they are individuals and not working for a company-so their fee's go straight to them?.
Eternally Yours wedding chapel in Gotha-do I tip the Pastor+his wife?.
Harpist?
Randy Chapman photo shoot?
Videographer?
TIA :flower3:

People do seem to tip their officiants even though they're all independent contractors. Photographers and videographers who own their businesses are not traditionally tipped, but a lot of folks here do it anyway because they're so happy with the service. And musicians always appreciate a tip.

Thank you :).Can you advise me on a percentage please?,im sure its a different percentage than what you would tip for a meal, taxi etc..?.x.(sorry-what is an 'officiant'?).

An officiant is the person who officiates at the ceremony, like a pastor or a friend who's been ordained online. Tipping amounts are entirely at your discretion, and people may tip more or less, but a general rule of thumb is $15-$25 per musician and $50-$150 for the officiant.
