Advice needed on removing mirror from bathroom wall

After we got back from Florida I had the mad notion of decorating our en-suite bathroom. It's taken me way longer than I'd imagined, but I've now completed all the preparation - re-grouting, re-sealing, steam cleaning - and I'm on the home straight. Today is emulsion day, but I'm having trouble removing the mirror from the wall. It's flat (frameless) and fixed to the wall with four screws which are covered with screw-in heads. Three of them have come off easily, but the fourth won't budge. It seems that the screw isn't straight, so the cover has wedged itself to the surface at one point and there's no room for it to turn. Does that make sense? I could decorate around it, but it would be much easier if I could get it off the wall and it would give a better finish. Any ideas?

We are re doing our cloakroom at the moment and my dad is tiling the floor at the moment :scared1: talk about stressing me out ;)

You may be able to lever the mirror off if the screws are in raw plugs - our raw plugs came out pretty easily but it was my DH that did them :lmao: he is much better suited to the financial sector than the diy world

Sorry cant be much more help :confused3

Sorry Deb, I've haven't got any advice (as I'm useless when it comes to DIY), I hope you get it sorted :)

Try wrapping small plyers in a duster/cloth to stop scratching mirror. Then try to remove screw cover :) Hope all goes well.
