Ok we will be in Disney 7 nights in May, at the Poly. I am going to base what days we do what parks around our dining plans... I THINK. I also have to see what nights what fireworks etc are happening. Anyways, here is a list of the restaurants we are planning to visit...any feedback would be great, and also any recommendations for places not on my list. We are open to trying new places, but keep in mind we have 2 picky eaters. :)

Breakfast:

Kona (we love it here and plan on going a few times)
Main St Bakery
Chef Mickeys (only for the characters- not for the food - lol)

Lunch:

NO definite plans, think we'll try to have a good breakfast everyday...small lunch and then TS dinner

Dinner:

Teppan Edo
Kona (like I said, love it!)
Cali Grill
Mama Melrose (Fantasmic package)
Yak & Yeti
Coral Reef (this is a maybe)

Thanks for looking and hopefully helping!!!!

I often plan my days around what ADRs I can get, combined with the park suggestions on touringplans.com. You only have one character meal, so I presume that takes care of the need to have Mickey visit your table for 30 seconds while you eat mediocre food :-). Are you on a dining plan? We always try to make the most use of our dining plan by getting signature or higher priced restaurants that we wouldn't normally pay for OOP.

A few that are not on your list that we like, but everyone on here will have a different list of recommendations:

EP: Marrakesh (might not be good for picky eaters), Akershus (esp. if you need a Princess fix!), Les Chefs de France, Tangierine Cafe (Morocco CS), Kringla Bakeri og Cafe (Norway CS), so many choices in EP though!
MK: Liberty Tree Tavern, Columbia Harbor House (CS), CRT --everyone should just do it once! :-)
HS: Brown Derby
AK: Tusker House, you already have Yak & Yeti (might not be good for picky eaters)
non-park: Hoop Dee Doo Revue (esp. if you have a group, the food is decent, but the show is entertaining and a once must do), Citricos, Earl of Sandwich (good for quick bite in DTD)

Hope that helps some. Good Luck!!

I always do the opposite - plan my ADR's around my park days. I start by looking at Best parks which day, then plan my ADR's. The last thing you want to do is spend a lot of time traveling to ADR's.
Are you going to be on the DDP? Do you do morning or evening EMH?
What are the ages of your group?
These answers will help us to help you.
Good Luck

"CRT --everyone should just do it once! :-)"

We did the CRT breakfast when the girls were little, 3 and 4 and they looooved it. But dont think we'll be doing it again.

"Are you going to be on the DDP? Do you do morning or evening EMH?

We are NOT on the dining plan. We dont usually do the morning EMH... but do tend to do the evening EMH. Also ages of the kids are 7 and 8.
Thanks!
