Advice needed for room request at POP

Hello,

I'm getting ready to call in to make my final payment for our September trip and I wanted to make our room request at the same time.

Here are the players...

me- 31yo, usually not too picky except for late night noise and dirty rooms

DH- 34yo and very, very laid back...he could probably sleep in a cardboard box and be happy

Our adorable 14.5mo DD who is sensitive to noise in the morning

Ideally, I'd like something quiet, but close to the action. I've done a fair amount of research on these boards and am thinking that we'd be happy in 50's or 70's upper level. A lake view would be wonderful, but I'm nervous that I'm making too many request. We're also requesting non-smoking (DD and DH both have asthma)

Here is the advise that I need:

1. Based on our needs, does it look like we are asking for the right area?

2. Is there any advantage to 50's over 70's or vice versa?

3. Is asking for a lake view pushing it?
