Advice needed! DH is not a WDW fan

There are many things a bit less Disney than the MK. If he enjoys golf there are several courses on Disney and many more around. I would choose one of the Epcot resorts such as Old Key West, Boardwalk, Beach Club etc. He may enjoy the Wilderness lodge also kind of seperate from bustle. They also have a Nascar track where he can drive a racecar if he is into that. If he has not been to EPCOT he will enjoy the Restaurants and beverages if he is into that. Then if you stay at an Epcot resort you can take the ferry to the back entrance.

What's funny is that I wanted to do the nascar thing, with a Ferrari!! way too expensive. Deep sea fishing is a possibility. Has anyone tried this and if so is it worth it?? (That would definitely be a compromising activity!)
