Advice Needed (Deluxe vs. Art Of Animation)!

I would stick with deluxe and take her to meet Ariel and do the little mermaid ride a few times.

I indulge my kids a lot at Disney but i pick the resorts. I think if you even asked my kids which resorts they've stayed at they would have no idea.
