Advice from the Experts Needed; What options do we have

We booked CBR long ago for the end of Jan 2010 with the 4/3 deal. It's looking like we're not going to be able to stay the full 7 days. Our 45-day window is up in a few days, so I guess that means we need to change our reservation by then, or incur a $50 change fee (right?). Or, cancel by then to avoid losing our $200 deposit?

I'm trying to figure out what discounts are available if we change it to a 4- or 5-night trip. No extras, no dining, regular MYW tix. Just 4 or 5 nights at CBR. We do have a Disney Visa, but it looks like the 40% off with that expired Nov. 30? (Or, does it count that we already had a reservation by then, we just need to change it?)

I'm planning to call and ask, but wanted to see if there's any deals in particular I should ask about. I'll plan to ask if I have any pin codes attached to my name! I'm afraid we're going to end up cancelling the whole trip if I can't figure this out in time!

The savings start at 30% on select Disney Value Resorts, all the way up to 45% savings on select Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts.
