Hi all,

53 1/2 hours until we leave for the airport! Yippee :cool1:

I had to go to my doctor today to have my sprained ankle checked and she offered some advice that I would like to pass along.

She said that we should avoid any fast or spinning rides, like rollercoasters, on the day that we travel if we are flying (which we are).

She said that your body needs a few hours to adjust, especially your ears, and that while riding those rides won't cause any permanent injury, they can give you one heck of a head/ear ache and make your tummy more queasier than normal.

Not sure if this is useful, but it seems logical and we will heed her advice.

I am going back to doing the Disney Hobble now - can't do the dance, the ankle hurts too much!

Thanks for the advice. I have very sensitive ears/sinus and will definately heed the dr's advice. Have a great time, hope the ankle gets better quickly!

Thank you for sharing. My mil would experience that if she did not take Sudafed first.
