Advice for Free Testing in Anaheim before returning to Canada?

Hi, PLanning to travel with my family of 5 to DL for April 1 and 2nd. Questions - are there free testing locations in Anaheim for returning to Canada? Also, from what I'm reading, is it true that if my family has had covid, and if we have a letter of confirmation that we won't have to do testing coming in or out of Canada?

I think this is the one people have recently reported using. Also testing is available at Anaheim City Hall.

If you have had Covid… to travel to US you need letter from health care provider indicating you can travel and a molecular test from last 90 days indicating you were positive.

For return, you need molecular test from last 180 days (no letter required)
