I have a girls only trip planned with my DD next month and I've never used rideshare while on property. Around our home area, Uber seems more common. I'm looking for opinions on Lyft vs Uber on Disney property. Pros? Cons? I'd like to plan ahead in case a situation comes up where rideshare is a better option than Disney transportation. TIA.

Most drivers drive for both companies simultaneously. In some markets one might be better than the other, but I think they are pretty equal in the WDW area.

I would have both apps on your phone (and your DD's) and price-check your rides. Although the fares may be similar, sometimes one company will have a promotion and the other won't, or one may be surging and the other not. Their prices are sometimes quite different.
