Advice for booking VGF week

So up until yesterday, there were 6 days available at VGF lakeside studio for Aug 31- Sept 6. Of course at the 7 month + 1 day, it is gone. There are two days in the beginning and 2 at the end available. Should I try and book these and combine into one reservation if I get all 6, or wait for a full week and modify the boardwalk studio I traded into instead? I’m flexible for travel as I don’t have flights yet, but that’s the day combo with the cheapest flight.

Book what you can and hope to get it all And keep checking. The only draw back is a split stay and if nothing does open up, you could be stuck with that,

Ideally, it would be great if you can keep BWV as a back up while you try for it. Or at least keep some of the days for the split stay.

Sorry about that. That may have been me. We grabbed 2 nights over Labor Day weekend as that was all that was available. However, we are VGF owners, so we had 11 month priority. I had a Spring VGF week as a backup to an Aulani trip, but we have decided the Aulani is a go (fingers crossed!), so I released our Spring VGF studio week (somebody probably got a surprise). So, we decided to go over Labor Day (we can drive), but only 2 of our 3 nights were available. We grabbed those and waitlisted the other...

Haha that is OK. I booked the 3 nights and either the weekend shows up by July 31 (banking deadline) or I do a split stay, or just be happy with boardwalk.
